Clutchr is an online motorcycle budget calculator, operated by Mathieu Bourgoin, tax resident in Denmark. This website is accessible at clutchr.io. Contact: mathieu.bourgoin@kedgebs.com

Data entered in the calculation form (age, postal code, motorcycle type, etc.) is used exclusively to perform the requested calculation, in browser memory. It is never sent to a database or retained after the page is closed. Beyond the calculator, Clutchr processes the following data: — Anonymized browsing data via Google Analytics 4 (with consent) — Behavioral data via Microsoft Clarity — session recordings, heatmaps (with consent) — User feedback submitted voluntarily via the feedback widget (rating + optional comment) — Functional cookies necessary for the site to display correctly

With your consent, Clutchr uses Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic (number of visits, pages viewed, session duration). Collected data is anonymized: IP addresses are truncated, data sharing with Google is disabled, and retention is limited to 2 months. You can refuse this tracking by clicking "Decline" in the consent banner.

With your consent, Clutchr uses Microsoft Clarity to analyze user behavior on the site (session recordings, heatmaps, click analysis). This data helps identify friction points and improve the user experience. Microsoft Clarity is operated by Microsoft Corporation (One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA). Data is processed in accordance with Microsoft's privacy policy. Sensitive input fields are automatically masked by Clarity. You can refuse this tracking by clicking "Decline" in the consent banner.

Clutchr offers a feedback widget on the results page. When you submit feedback, the following data is recorded: — Your rating (helpful / not helpful) — Your optional comment (free text field) — The language used — The motorcycle make and model entered in the calculator — The submission timestamp This data is stored on Upstash Inc. (USA) servers and retained for 12 months. It is used solely to improve the service. Important: do not include personal data (name, address, email, etc.) in the comment field. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in improving the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To request deletion of your feedback, contact us at mathieu.bourgoin@kedgebs.com with the approximate date and content of your message.

Some links on Clutchr are affiliate links. When you click on a partner link and subscribe to a service, Clutchr may receive a commission from the partner (LeLynx, Cetelem, Motoblouz, etc.). This commission does not affect the price you pay. Clutchr is a member of the Awin and Kwanko networks.
